No returns after 30 days from ship date.
All returns must be accompanied by detailed info on reasons for return.
All returns without detailed info will be refused.
We have a “you mount it, you own it” policy.
All returns must be shipped prepaid freight – No COD’s accepted. All exchange items must be shipped back prepaid freight and freight will be paid by us upon return to customer.
All returns are subject to our discretion on a repair or replacement basis.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent transactions.
Shipments can only be made to the billing address of cardholder, and no shipments will be made to PO boxes.
Returned goods damaged by carrier on return shipments will be solely the responsibility of carrier and customer, all items are shipped insured.
Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
All returns must have a proper return authurization # clearly marked on the package.
