- Parts are CAD designed & Laser cut, CNC machined, & formed on a CNC press break.
- Lower A-Arm:
- Fully boxed with an incorporated, horizontal 1 1/2" uniball.
- Tig welded and internally gusseted for optimal strength and durability.
- Designed & built for a coil-over and a bypass shock for maximum ride quality and handling.
- Upper A-Arm:
- Made of 6061 T6 billet aluminum (aircraft quality).
- CNC machined and come with Delron bushings.
- Spindles:
- Use the factory wheel bearings, calipers, & 13" rotors.
- You can upgrade to cross drilled rotors or a 14" rotor and spindle assembly.
- Spindle has a 1" uni-ball incorporated into the design for the upper pivot. Utilizes the factory ABS technology.
- Rear Parts include:
- Deaver 16" or 18" long travel leafs.
- 18" - 20" of rear travel with a 3-link suspension is also an upgrade option.
- Kit also includes:
- 7/8" to 3/4" heim joint steering links.
- Self locating, weld-on, double shock hoops.
- Kit works with Fox, King, or Sway-A-Away shocks. (designed for 2" diameter, 10" of travel Fox coil-over shocks and 2 1/2" diameter, 10" of travel dual bypass Fox shocks).
