Description:
Brand New set of black coated headers that is designed to fit big block Chevrolet engines in 1955-57 Chevy applications. The BB56 works with either stock manual or GM 605 power steering. It fits all iron cylinder heads, and both sides exit above the bottom of the oil pan to eliminate ground clearance problems. Check out our store for the other coating options.
NOTE - Installation of the BB56 Requires the Following:
- Remove the stock bellhousing bolt boss on the driver's side
- Moving the motor forward ¾", using an aftermarket motor mount kit. Side or front type mounts will both work. A few different kits are available.
- Use an aftermarket transmission mount to provide clearance for the exhaust system-to-collector hookup.
Comes with all hardware necessary for installation.
