The belt in this kit is a cogged 1.5" wide Gilmer style belt was designed to prevents slippage of your V-belt and is great for use in high RPM applications. There is a 1:1 ratio on the water pump and crank pulleys. The alternator pulley is uniquely designed to keep the belt aligned. This kit will not work with vehicles equipped with air conditioning, power steering, or with a Hemi. Again, this belt drive and pulley kit is for a Chrysler V8.
