Description:
This Ford Flathead A/C Compressor bracket and alternator bracket is designed for the Ford/Merc 1949 car and 1948-53 truck motors running the 5/8" wide belt.
Bracket mounts the Sanden A.C. compressor and GM standard case alternator off of the original 2 1/2" generator mounting flange. Set-up may be used with some "regular" dual intakes, four barrel and stock intakes (may not fit triple carb). A 3/4" wide single groove clutch assembly for the A.C. compressor and a wide groove alternator pulley will be required for the 5/8" wide belt. Set-up will also require off-set waternecks to provide radiator hose clearance. Will retain stock fan assembly.
Note: Most brackets are in stock and ready to ship, but some may take 3 - 5 days.
