We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail for shipment. Most orders will leave within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. If you order any item that is listed as out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
- No returns after 30 days from ship date.
- All returns must be accompanied by detailed info on reasons for return.
- All returns without detailed info will be refused.
- We have a “you mount it, you own it” policy.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid freight – No COD’s accepted. All exchange items must be shipped back prepaid freight and freight will be paid by us upon return to customer.
- All returns are subject to our discretion on a repair or replacement basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent transactions.
- Shipments can only be made to a physical shipping address : no shipments will be made to PO boxes.
- Returned goods damaged by carrier on return shipments will be solely the responsibility of carrier and customer, all items are shipped insured.
- Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee.
- All returns must have a proper return authorization # clearly marked on the package.
- All returns without proper return authorization #'s will be refused.
