Description:
This is a Brand New Inside Package Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System with Deluxe Control (Cable Operated Heater Valve & Defrost Functions). This System is designed for your 1955 1956 1957 1958 1959 Chevrolet Truck. This is an easy to install kit; The Hurricane unit mounts to the firewall using existing original heater mounting holes and includes a new plastic glove box. Heater fittings will pass neatly through the firewall under the battery tray with a custom rubber grommet. This is for the Inside Kit ONLY, this kit essentially contains all the components for inside the vehicle. The Picture is for the Complete Kit, but is not Identical to what you're buying.
This kit includes a new deluxe lever style heater control that fits into original dash opening to operate the fan, A/C, Heat and Defrost Functions. Also includes custom corner louvers and dual center louver.
THIS KIT IS DESIGNED FOR CHEVROLET TRUCKS. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH GMC TRUCKS.

NOTE: For Maximum A/C system Performance we recommend using a steel 6 blade water pump radiator fan and shroud. This will increase air flow across condenser to increase the cooling capacity of the A/C system.
